Hi Jason,

Please consider this an overdue note of thanks for the pre-purchase inspection you performed for me (November 2006) on the 1968 Mustang purchased on Ebay from a dealer in Holt, MI. Initially I had engaged the services of another national vehicle inspection company only to be advised of a price increase after the inspection contract was executed. After conferring with the seller, it was evident the reason given for the price increase was incorrect. I immediately terminated the inspection contract with the original company. I was fortunate enough to locate you company via the internet and after speaking with you, received your prompt attention in executing a thorough inspection and an emailed report complete with photos (just prior to the American Thanksgiving Holiday I might add!). My impression was that the dealer was a reputable company... but I wanted an independent assessment of the vehicle by an expert. Based on your report I purchased the Mustang. The car was delivered and placed in my garage in December 2006. Upon its arrival, while looking at the underside of the car, I noticed two areas which appear to have suffered some minor damage. I immediately referred to the approximately 160 digital pictures which accompanied your report and found several which showed those areas of the car as undamaged at the time of purchase. Copies of your pictures along with current condition pictures were sent to the auto carrier company. Based on the evidence in the photos, the carrier promptly responded by agreeing to pay for the repairs at a garage of my choice.

Our family immensely enjoyed the Mustang during the summer of '07... and are looking forward to cruising in the Mustang in the summer of '08.

I have recommend your service to others and will use again myself when purchasing another vehicle long distance.
