Pre-Purchase Inspection Client Testimonial
November 23rd, 2004
Jason,
My advice to those out there looking at cars is simple "YOU GET WHAT YOU INSPECT". That is why I engaged Jason Phillips, owner of Auto Appraise, to inspect a rare 1961 Oldsmobile Starfire convertible from the "Netherlands", not literally but to far north for me to economically inspect my own.
Jason's firm provided me with an economical, professional, and quality inspection for the "classic" I was about to purchase. Not only was I satisfied, but my mind was put at ease over the stress of a long distance purchase.
How sincere was Auto Appraise? Let me just start by saying that Jason and I discussed at length my expectations and what really concerned me (he truly is passionate about classic vehicles, like many of us). That coupled with a collaborative effort towards vehicle information gathering, due diligence, and research lead to a thorough understanding of what was desired. In the end I received my numbers matching classic with no surprises. What more can you ask for!
As for attention to detail, you can count on a quality job. In my case, Jason felt a return inspection was warranted, due to a slight error between "on site" inspection notes compared with the final inspection document. In other words, Jason treated this as if it was a personal purchase and went "Beyond the Call of Duty" to complete the task at hand. In the vehicle inspection industry it is skill and customer support that really matters. Auto Appraise evidently has the correct balance of both and that gives them a competitive advantage over their competition in my book.
Thanks for all your help,
Ben Tomczak
