I want to thank you for the inspection and appraisal you recently did for me on a 1963 Ford Galaxie. Your work saved me from taking a very expensive cross-country plane trip and ending up very disappointed.

The inspection report was thorough, complete and professional and the pictures were appropriate and detailed the areas of concern. Even though the inspection occurred over a weekend, you were prompt in getting the information to me and then followed up by phone to go over the results with me.

Even though I wish the outcome had been better (the car was supposed to be a 2 and was a 3 minus) by doing your job, you saved me significant additional expense. You can be sure I'll use your service in the future.
