The actual inspection was done very quickly and efficiently. I received very high quality and detailed pictures (176) of the cars within days. The report that came with the pictures was easy to read and helped me to understand the food and bad points of the car. I was able to utilize this information to make a much more informed decision about buying the car. Best of all the phone conversations that I was able to have the two people that were involved in the appraisal were excellent.
