Accident Claims
The companies who use this service:
- Are looking for an experienced adjuster that is local to the accident.
- Are seeking reliable service with quick turnaround time.
- Want to deal directly with the adjuster assigned to the case.
How we Approach a Claim:
Within forty-eight hours of accepting an assignment, we schedule a thorough inspection. We then write an estimate and attempt to get an agreed price with the repair facility.
How do we handle a typical inspection?
We make every attempt to see that the jobs get written correctly the first time around. Our adjusters pack coveralls in the trunk. We don't mind crawling under damaged vehicles or getting our hands dirty if it means cutting down on costly additionals and inconvenient reinspections. We take the job of protecting your best interests very seriously. It's the reason companies like yours continue to outsource their claims to us.
Keeping You Informed:
We understand how important it is for you to know what your field adjuster is doing. Once the vehicle is inspected, a preliminary report along with digitally downloaded pictures can be faxed or emailed with approximate costs of the job. Our adjuster will call your office and keep you informed.
Upon finalizing parts costs and agreement with repair facility, a hard copy package including a signed price estimate, digital pictures and job summary will be mailed to you.
Stolen, Flood, Fire Damage or Total Loss:
Evaluations will be done and recorded statements taken regarding each individual case. A C&O will be brought in whenever deemed necessary or required by insurance company. Pictures will be taken, and salvage bids obtained when necessary. Towing/removal can be handled from our office.
