How do I get to the photos section without the url (web address)?You can get to your photos by clicking this link: http://autoappraise.com/photos/main.php Where do I log in with the username and password supplied to me by Auto Appraise?Near the bottom of the screen, you should see two boxes. Enter your username in the first box and your password in the second box and click Login. (Please see the image below.) I'm logged in and see my album. What's next?Click on the image next to your vehicle's description and your name. (Please see the image below.) How do I view the pictures larger?To view an image larger, click on the thumbnail (small image). (Please see the image below.) You can also view them as the original size (how?). Where is the report?To get to the report quickly, you can click the 'Last' button near the bottom of the screen. (Please see the image below.) How do I view the original-size version of an image?To view the images in their original sizes, you can click the arrow on the dropdown box and select the larger dimensions. (Please see the image below.) To save time, you can download all your photos in a zip file which will contain the original sizes of the photos (how?). How do I view/download documents/reports?You can click on "Download Document in Original Format" or you can "Add Document to Zip" later to download the zip. (Please see the image below.) How do I open .zip files?If you do not have a program to open .zip files, you can get the trial version of WinZip (free download). After downloading, you can view their help documentation. How do I get back to the main album?To return to your your album's main page, you can click on your album's name near the top of the screen (named "Sample Album for Tutorial" in the screenshot (image) below). (Please see the image below.) How do I download all my files at once?First, go back to your main album page (please see above). If you do not have a high speed internet connection, you may want to download your files in segments as they tend to be very large files. You also must have an unzipping program such as WinZip (more information). Next, click on "Add Album to Zip". You can pick and choose certain images if you don't want to download all of them (more information below). (Please see the image below.)
Next, click the arrow next to the dropdown list and select "Download in Zip". Click "Go". When you are prompted to open or save the file, click "Save" (please see image below). Next, choose a directory to save the zip file in. In the example below, the zip file will be saved to the Desktop. Saving to Desktop (please see image below):
